1. Cook them a meal
Cooking someone a meal while they get a rest is a simple way to show you care. Even simply making someone a coffee can show that you think of them. Helping them cook a meal can be a great way to spend time together and helps make the job easier. You could simply invite them over for a meal or even make them breakfast in bed if they live with you or stayed the night.

2. A random text letting them know you were thinking about them
I mean admit it.. who doesn't love these?
3. Ask how their day was
Asking about someones day and attentively listening can really show that you care for them.
4. Hold their hand
Even if it's hot and your hands are sweaty, holding someones hand is a simple way to show their on your mind even in silence.
5. Make them something
A bookmark, a drawing, a card, it doesn't matter, the effort and thought is what counts even if it is simple.
6. Write them a letter
Writing a letter is a sweet simple way to say I love you. It could be as simple as a small note with a single sentence or as complicated as a series of 'open when' letters.
7. Do a chore for them
Okay so it's not the funnest one, but doing the dishes when your partners exhausted even though it's their turn is a simple way to show someone their appreciated.

Maybe they were fighting with a coworker for a few days or maybe they have a big decision to make but they haven't mentioned it in a week. Asking them about it shows you pay attention to what they say and care about what goes on in their life.
10. Simply say I love you
Maybe you're just watching tv or buying groceries simply saying I love you in the unexpected moments can remind them that you really do love them.
