My biggest tip for a sweet tooth trying to eat healthier

Apple pie flavoured everything!! Okay so what I really mean is having apple and cinnamon. This is a favourite of mine, yes you are still having sugar but it's far healthier switching to the natural sugars of apples than eating lollies. But you have to be having only cinnamon and not cinnamon sugar, although cardamom is another great spice that goes well with it and is in things like pies, crumbles and chai tea. You can simply have apple slices with cinnamon sprinkled on top for a simple sweet snack or you could even add apple and cinnamon to yogurt or oats/porridge for a yummy meal or snack.
